About

My name is Sprite, and just like my name (a type of fairy, upward lightning, a style of pixel art) I bring many things to the table as a graphic designer. I lead with curiosity, taking time to understand the person or message behind every project, and I use lateral thinking to push past the expected toward visual solutions that stick.
My work spans branding, typography, layout, print, and social media campaigns, with a strong focus on inclusively designed, human-centered work. I create print and digital material built for a global society, using the universal language of iconography and symbology. I have a deep love for board game design, where illustration and informative symbology collide. I am also an avid photographer, always building on a strong existing base, and I am currently laying out my own cookbook, recipes, design, and photography all my own.
My goal is to grow into work with government, scholarly, and non-profit organisations, helping responsibly inform the public in ways that are accessible, clear, and built for everyone.
Functional and fabulous: you shouldn't choose. Every design should feel unique, engaging, and be effective. We don't achieve this result by picking one over the other, because in our opinion that just isn't an option. A design isn't functional unless it is also fabulous. So at Skybolt Design, we never choose one over the other, because our designs are more than the sum of their parts.
