Professional Photo Re-touch & Article Layout

Objective:
Re-touch and a digital makeup to a completely fresh face, and then place it in to a realistic magazine article mocked up in InDesign. Focus was on digital manipulation and layout.

Process:
I took a digital self portrait focusing on lighting and composition. Then in Photoshop, to keep things realistic I took samples from digital swatches from the actual makeup brands I use, taking multiple samples for highlights and low lights. Then removing any distraction points to make the image clean and realistic, seemingly not manipulated at all. I then wrote an article about the dangers of undisclosed photo manipulation and had AI edit it to be written in the style of a particular magazine in order to mock up the image further as if it had been published in that issue.
